Simple superphosphate by two-stage acid treatment of phosphate raw materials

Abstract: The distinguishing feature of the proposed flow method before the classical (chamber) method is that the entire production cycle of natural phosphate processing is carried out in two stages. At the first stage, the phosphorite is treated with a stoichiometric flow rate of concentrated sulphuric acid (at least 93%), under conditions of complete decomposition of phosphorite to form phosphoric acid and crystals of anhydrite (calcium sulfate). The reaction temperature is 122 °C. In the second stage, the resulting … Show more

“…One of the main directions of development of the Algerian economy is the growth in the production of fertilizers containing phosphorus because the latter represents nearly 90 % of global demand and the food security of Algeria depends to a large extent on it [1]. To achieve this objective, it is necessary to produce concentrates adapted to the requirements of the chemical industry.…”

“…In this connection, at the Namangan Engineering Laboratory. In order to increase the efficiency of the mechanism for introducing water-saving technologies in agriculture and to provide water stable irrigated areas, studies are being carried out to obtain a new type of hydrogel, having the ability to retain moisture and containing mineral fertilizers [16][17][18][19][20]. This article presents the results of research on the acquisition and study of physic-chemical properties of the hydrogel composition with mineral fertilizers.…”
