Abstract:Simple, sensitive and selective methods are developed for the indirect and oxidative spectrophotometric determination of drugs, viz., Phenylephrine Hydrochloride, Ramipril Hydrochloride, Sumatriptan Succinate, Tramadol hydrochloride and Trimetazidine is based on their reactivity towards Chloramine-T (ChL-T).
