E105Abstrak-Bandar Udara Internasional Juanda atau secara internasional disebut Juanda International Airport (JIA) yang terletak di Surabaya memiliki tingkat frekuensi penerbangan yang sangat tinggi di Indonesia. Semakin tahun, jumlah pergerakan penumpang pada Bandar Udara Internasional Juanda akan semakin meingkat. Sangat ideal, apabila Bandar Udara dapat beroperasi 24 jam. Namun saat ini, bandara tersebut tidak beroperasi 24 jam dikarenakan pelaksanaan pekerjaan pelapisan ulang perkerasan. Pekerjaan pelapisan ulang tersebut direncanakan selama 36 bulan. Lama waktu pengerjaan ini menyebabkan operasional bandara terganggu karena adanya pengurangan jam operasional untuk pelaksanaan overlay. Waktu overlay selama 36 bulan tersebut perlu dikaji ulang untuk mengetahui apakah proses pekerjaan pelapisan ulang perkerasan pada Bandar udara Internasional Juanda memerlukan waktu selama itu atau mungkin lebih. Kajian dimulai dengan mendapatkan data perencanaan tahapan pekerjaan pelapisan ulang Bandar Udara Juanda. Hasil total perhitungan pelapisan ulang kemudian diakumulasikan untuk mengetahui lama total pelaksanaan pekerjaan. Dari hasil analisis studi ini, didapAtkan bahwa saat ini sedang dilaksanakan pekerjaan weakspot dan pekerjaan pelapisan ulang pada bandar udara Juanda. Pada satu hari opening time, pekerjaan weakspot dapat dikerjakan seluas 11,7 x 18 meter. Produktivitas yang didapatkan untuk pekerjaan pelapisan ulang adalah 7,6, 5,8, dan 3,9 meter x 45 meter untuk masing-masing pekerjaan 5cm, 6cm, dan 7cm. Waktu total yang dibutuhkan untuk mengerjakan pekerjaan perbaikan weakspot adalah selama 145 hari, sedangkan untuk pekerjaan pelapisan ulang adalah 1100 hari.

The resilient modulus (MR) of the earthworks is a basic input parameter of the new alternative design method of pavement structures. Its value depends on the stress state and the properties of the soil. In the literature several models are available that are based on directly measured results, thus they make possible to determine the value of the resilient modulus in case of different stress levels. Thanks to these models, the resilient modulus could be determined on stress levels that are not possible to make direct measurement on. It enables also to choose a correct MR value even if the expected stress state changes during the design procedure. The most widely applied model is the universal model recommended by the Mechanistic-Empirical Pavement Design Guide that can be fitted to a certain soil by regression coefficients. Several researches were conducted to determine these regression parameters to many types of soils, most of them produced the coefficients as simple numbers. However, some literature recreates the regression parameters as functions of basic soil properties, making a more complex attempt to fit the model to a given soil type. In this paper the parameters of the MEPDG model were examined and fitted to a typical soil type: the loess soil origins from Dunaújváros in Hungary. Equations were established to determine the regression coefficients as function of more simple parameters the determination of which requires simpler and less costly tests than that of the direct cyclic triaxial resilient modulus measurements.
