Abstract: Casestudy Urinalysis is important to assess disease activity in Lupus nephritis (LN). Hematuria, pyuria, cellular/granular casts and proteinuria are scored separately for assessing renal activity in SLEDAI. However, pyuria is not specific, and could indicate infection.
