En algunos casos, las diásporas son hasta considerados proyectos en construcción de distritos electorales, organizados por agentes políticos al interior de los países de origen y en el exterior (Brubaker, 2005;Dufoix, 2008;Sokefeld, 2006;Waldinger, 2008). Es de destacar los múltiples actores que participan en la conformación de las diásporas, así como en la implementación de políticas de la diáspora -gobiernos, organizaciones de la diáspora, partidos políticos, organizaciones internacionales, medios de comunicación, empresas, ong- (Adamson y Demetriou, 2007) así como también los diversos niveles de análisis de esa misma realidad -local, nacional, transnacional, regional, y global-(Délano y Gamlen, 2014;Délano y Mylonas, 2019).…”
