Abstract:Background
Silicone implants claim the predominant share in global implant usage for breast augmentation. Despite technological advancements, complications persist, with silicone lymphadenopathy (siliconoma) being a noteworthy concern. This phenomenon has been inadequately addressed in the existing literature.
