Abstract: Docetaxel (DTX) treatment effectively prolongs the overall survival of patients with prostate cancer. However, most patients eventually develop resistance to chemotherapy and experience tumor progression or even death. Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) affect docetaxel chemosensitivity.
