Sildenafil Associated Threatened Ischemic Stroke Reversed with Alteplase

Abstract: A 68-year-old male presented with a threatened ischemic stroke after ingesting sildenafil. Signs and symptoms promptly reversed with alteplase administration, and subsequent studies disclosed no other likely etiology for stroke.
