SIKLOHEKZANDIKARBOKSILLI ASIDIN SENTEZI VE pH ETKISI İLE SU VE ORGANIK FAZLARDAN EKSTRAKSIYONUNUN İNCELENMESI

Abstract: In this study, iron cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid was synthesized under refluxing conditions. The structural characterization of the complex was performed by using physico-chemical and spectroscopic methods. The effect of pH on division constant () and extraction percentages (% E) in water and organic phase was investigated with the extraction method. At the end of the experiment, most of the Fe 2+ ions in the water phase at pH=7.5 passed into the organic phase. Above this pH, the extraction percentage decreas… Show more

“…Compared to the sulfamethoxazole drug, it has much low-er antimicrobial activities. Complex six is effective against bacteria and fungal even though the stated absorbance measurements have some statistical flaws [25,26]. The absorbance values were added for informational purposes even though the other synthetic compounds 3, 5, and 7 did not exhibit the anticipated inhibitory effects on the target bacteria (Fig.…”
