Abstract:Mullite ceramics with high purity and toughness were prepared by hot‐press sintering of pyrophyllite at 1300°C using AlOOH nanomaterials with different sizes and morphologies (nanoparticles, nanorods, nanoflakes, and micro‐sized sea urchin–like) as additives.
