Abstract:Background: To investigate the significance of th1/th2 cytokines in the pathogenesis of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion(URSA) patients. Methods: Flow cytometry was used to determine the level of th1/th2 cytokines in peripheral blood of URSA patients, comparison between two groups was analysed by Mann-Whitney U test, and Kruskal-Wallis H test was used to test three or more groups.
