Significance of reduced uptake of iodinated fatty acid analogue for the evaluation of patients with acute chest pain

Abstract: These data indicate that BMIPP SPECT may specifically identify previous ischemic lesions due to coronary stenosis or spasm in patients with acute chest pain.
