Significance of Estrogen and Progesterone Receptor Status in Prognosis of Breast Cancer

Abstract: Out of these 39 cases six cases were of fibroadenoma, used as positive control. Tissue sections were stained with H and E and histological examination was done. Sections for IHC were taken onto poly-l-lysine coated slides and stained by immunoperoxidase method using ER and PR monoclonal antibodies.
