Significance of abnormal blood coagulation in patients with chronic myelomonocytic leukemia

Abstract: SummaryIn a retrospective study, we analyzed the prevalence of subnormal prothrombin time (PT) values in 104 patients with chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML), their potential prognostic impact, and potential correlations with clinicolaboratory features. Reduced PT values (< 70%) were found in 45/104 (43%) patients.
