Significado clínico de la punción seca de médula ósea o “Dry tap”.

Abstract: SUMMARYObjective: Detemine the frecuency of dry taps, the diagnosis of underlyng disease and the associated clinical features. Materials and Methods: A descriptive and retrospective study was design. All reports of bone marrow aspirations performed at the Hospital Nacional Cayetano Heredia between January 1, 1990 and March 31, 1996; were reviewed.
