“…Thus, there have been a number of studies in the past dealing with the response of upper atmosphere‐ionosphere to the solar eclipses using various experimental and modeling techniques (Chernogor, 2010, 2013, 2016; Chernogor et al, 2018; Chernogor & Garmash, 2017; Le et al, 2009; Muller‐Wodarg et al, 1998; Panasenko et al, 2019; West et al, 2008; and the references therein). Most of the studies on the eclipse effect on ionosphere during the past had been conducted using satellite and rockets (Afraimovich et al, 2007; Mahrous et al, 2018; Tsai & Liu, 1999; and references therein), the incoherent scatter radar (Oliver & Bowhill, 1974), the Doppler sounder (Chernogor, 2010, 2012, 2013 and references therein), and Ionosondes (Adeniyi et al, 2007; and references therein).
