Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 3 Promotes Leukemogenesis

Abstract: 1395 We have previously shown that constitutive activation of the signal transducer and activator of transcription (STAT) 3 protein is associated with worse outcome in patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
