Abstract:Background: Acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) is the commonest childhood malignancy and ocular manifestations are uncommon in ALL. Patients may present with non-specific systemic symptoms which are overlooked and life threatening symptoms of leukostasis often present late.
