Abstract: Before the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, a transgender woman was scheduled for gender-affirming surgery (GAS) in the form of facial feminization surgery (FFS), including rhinoplasty, frontal sinus reduction, and laryngeal chondroplasty.
