Short-term optimal hydrothermal scheduling with power flow constraint

Abstract: Short-term optimal hydrothermal scheduling(STOHS) problem [1] is usually supposed to find a reasonable scheduling scheme in a period of time(mostly 24h) while satisfying various constraints.
