SHED ameliorated concanavalin A-induced autoimmune hepatitis by protecting hepatocytes from apoptosis

Abstract: Background:Autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) is serious autoimmune liver diseases that threaten people’s health worldwide, emphasizing the need to identify novel treatment.
