SHE-MTJ Circuits for Convolutional Neural Networks

Abstract: We report the performance characteristics of a notional Convolutional Neural Network based on the previously-proposed Multiply-Accumulate-Activate-Pool set, an MTJ-based spintronic circuit made to compute multiple neural functionalities in parallel.
