Sharing Reward Program Based on Face Consciousness in Social Media

Abstract: Purpose In social marketing, sharing reward program (SRP) is a common way to improve the marketing effect. However, few studies have explored the impact of consumers’ self-presentation and face consciousness on enterprise SRP.
