Guidelines for the use of flow cytometry and cell sorting in immunological studies (second edition)

“…A certain amount of SRL staff time should be reserved for consultation with users, educational activities, and optimization and development of new techniques. Such developments may be formally published as SRL Communications within the journal Cytometry Part A , a new publication format created to provide a vehicle for SRL‐focused subjects . SRL staff members need ongoing continuing education, for example through regular attendance of conferences or courses, in order to optimally support users.…”

How Shared Resource Laboratories have risen and adapted to the challenges of a global pandemic

“…While the solutions presented in this Special Issue may not be the final solutions utilized in future pandemics, they do provide an excellent starting point from which the remainder of the SRL community can build upon. New Year Note 2019: Welcome to the Year of the Pig

Two new manuscript formats were launched to take account of the new directions in the field of cytometry and to better serve the cytometry community namely for computational articles in cytometry last December and the communication of shared resource laboratories this February.…”
