Shame, Sin and the Seminary

Abstract: The intention of this paper, through a literature based reflective methodology, is to consider the role and implications of shame within the Christian community of a theological college, and suggest mitigating factors that could support the development of a mutually accountable community that would facilitate discipleship growth.
