SFDE: Shuffled Frog-Leaping Differential Evolution and Its Application on Cognitive Radio Throughput

Abstract: Differential Evolution (abbreviation for DE) is showing many advantages in solving optimization problems, such as fast convergence, strong robustness, and so on.
