Sexual harassment policies in nonprofits

Abstract: The nonprofit sector strives to be a virtuous and transparent space, one that is diverse, inclusive, and welcoming. Still, inappropriate and exclusionary behaviors can and do occur in nonprofits-one of which is sexual harassment (SXH).
