“…It has shown well‐established efficacy when administered in a variety of modalities: group, individual, couples therapy, and bibliotherapy. Of the eight randomized controlled trials that compared DM with no treatment, only one study failed to show efficacy for the active treatment [45]. The success rates for DM training (administered individually or in groups, with or without involvement of the partner) in women with primary anorgasmia are generally high: 60–90% of the women become orgasmic with masturbation and 33–85% will become orgasmic with partnered sexual activity.…”
