As of 2020, legal protections for victims of image-based sexual abuse in the United States remain inadequate. For example, no federal law yet criminalizes the sharing of sexually intimate material without a person’s consent (i.e., nonconsensual porn), and existing state laws are patchy and problematic. Part of the reason for this problem may be that U.S. lawmakers and the general public have yet to grasp that nonconsensual porn is a form of sexual abuse, with many of the same devastating, recurring, and lifelong consequences for victims. This review of psychological research on nonconsensual porn includes frameworks for understating this image-based sexual abuse, correlates and consequences of victimization, victim blame, and the nature of perpetration. Then, we analyze U.S. laws on nonconsensual porn in light of this review and argue for comprehensive legislative solutions.

Bu çalışma, kadına yönelik dijital şiddette stratejik sosyal hizmet yönetimi ilkelerinin belirlenmesine odaklanmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, dijital unsurlar vasıtasıyla kadına karşı şiddetin ortaya koyduğu sebep ve sonuçların sosyal hizmet tarafından tespit edilmesi, yönetilmesi, tedbirlerin uygulanmasında stratejik unsurların belirlenmesidir. Çalışmada sistematik derleme yöntemi benimsenmiştir. Araştırmanın sonuçları, kadına yönelik dijital şiddetin davranış kalıplarının yıkıcı davranış, zorbalık, taciz, takip etme, göz korkutma, kontrol etme olduğunu göstermektedir. Stratejik sosyal hizmet yönetiminin analiz ve planlama, uygulama, kontrol, rekabet gücü, geri bildirim ve stratejik yenileme aşamalarından/adımlarından oluştuğu belirlenmiştir. Diğer bulgulara göre kadınların bilgisayar oyunları, siber taciz, siber savaş, internet dolandırıcılığı, sosyal medya, akıllı telefon uygulamaları, e-makaleler aracılığıyla dijital şiddete maruz kaldığı belirlendi. Sosyal hizmetin uygulama aşaması için önerilen uygulamalar ise e-cinsiyet ayrımcılığı önlemleri, kadın e-sığınağı / e-sığınma evi, kadın elektronik sporudur.

Nowadays, cyberbullying has become a problem of social harassment in numerous educational centres worldwide. New communication technologies have provided the perfect support for the development of this type of harassment in peer relationships, in addition to being linked to broad social and economic circumstances. In this study, the global trends of the socioeconomic implications of cyberbullying in the educational context have been analysed, from 2004 to 2019. Thus, a bibliometric analysis has been applied to 1128 articles, obtaining results of the evolution of scientific activity in this period. The articles are mainly associated with the thematic areas of Social Sciences, Psychology, Medicine and Computer Science. Seven main thematic axes have been detected, highlighting those related to the psychological aspect, adolescence, and the school environment. Likewise, the link of the main authors, institutions, and countries to these lines of research has been detected. The evidence has shown the interest and relevance of this topic at the international level. Future research lines propose different analyses about how certain socioeconomic factors influence this psychological harassment inside and outside the classroom.
