Sex-Specific Neuroanatomical Correlates of Fear Expression in Prefrontal-Amygdala Circuits

Abstract: Background The neural projections from the infralimbic region of the prefrontal cortex (IL) to the amygdala are important for the maintenance of conditioned fear extinction.
