Sex-specific genetic and transcriptomic liability to neuroticism

Abstract: Background: The presentation, etiology, and relative risk of psychiatric disorders are strongly influenced by biological sex. Neuroticism is a transdiagnostic feature of psychiatric disorders displaying prominent sex differences.
