“…The ethnographers (Zubov & Kozlov 1982) proved that the chronological boundary of life depends on the natural, ethnic, socio-cultural, psychological and other conditions in which specific populations live. Negative demographic processes in Russia and its regions substantiate the relevance of exploring the impact of socio-economic factors on public health in Russia. A dynamic nature of economic and social changes in the conditions and lifestyle contribute to both changes in reproductive behaviour of the population and attitude to health. Despite the development of medical technologies in Russia, the health of the Russian population remains a constant government and public concern. Death rates, despite a downward trend, remain rather high compared to other countries. This situation calls for a higher effectiveness of the adopted national projects and programs on demographic development and health protection of the Russian population, which is largely dependable upon the level of understanding of the mechanisms of influence by decision-makers, necessitating monitoring over the impact of socio-economic factors on demographic processes. The purpose of the study is to develop methodological tools to determine the impact of socio-economic factors on the dynamics in crude death rate as one of the most important indicators characterizing public health. The study novelty is the proposed methodological approach to modeling the impact of socio-economic factors on mortality dynamics based on panel data for 2005-2021 using machine learning tools and methods, in particular the decision tree method. The information base of the study includes panel data of the Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat) on demographic processes in the Russian Federation and its regions. Five intervals characterizing peculiar features of socio-economic processes in each time period have been singled out from the overall period under study. The study results can be used to adjust measures aimed at implementing national projects and regional health protection programs with due regard to the impact of the factor groups on the required indicator.

The relevance of the study. In Russia, the number of women of reproductive age makes up 38% of the total female population, there is a negative natural increase in the population. The aim is to study the medical and social aspects of the health of women of childbearing age (18-45 years). Materials and methods:the study of observed women was conducted for three years (2016-2018) according to medical records and questionnaire results in Moscow. The results. The majority of observed women are working, the average age of births by a woman of a child was 25-29 years, more than 80% of women performed abortion, 20.8% of women have gynecological diseases: pathology of the endometrium of the uterus and ovarian (44% and 27% respectively), 12% - had complications of pregnancy and childbirth, irregular menstrual cycle have 55.3% of women. For every woman, on average there are 1.3 diseases, the most common disease is respiratory diseases. In terms of health, women observed are almost evenly distributed to women with good health 35%, with satisfactory health - 37%, with poor health - 28%. The conclusion. In order to improve the health of the women observed and increase their medical activity, preventive interviews were conducted among them on the formation of a healthy lifestyle, which is advisable to conduct constantly.

The purpose of the study was to analyze the materials of temporary disability due to illness or injury of employees engaged in various types of activities. The data is presented for two years (2018-2019). One group - employees of offices, the second group-employees of working specialties. In each group of employees, temporary disability sheets received in connection with an injury or illness for two years (2018-2019) were analyzed. A number of relative indicators that do not depend on the number of employees of these organizations are determined: the multiplicity of disability (the number of cases of disability per 1 employee with disability); the duration of disability (the number of days of disability per 1 case of disability). It is shown that the share of sick leaves for diseases and domestic injuries among employees of the office and industrial organization differs in the age groups: 20-29 years and 30-39 years: making up, respectively: 10.1% and 83.7%; 60.6% and 77.7%. The multiplicity of domestic injuries in employees of a production organization is 1.4 times higher than the corresponding indicator of office employees, equal to 1.0, and the average duration of each case of domestic injuries in employees of a production organization is shorter than in office employees by 2.3-2.6 times. The average duration of each case of the disease is longer in office employees than in employees of a production organization: 9.9 days and 6.3 days on average per year, respectively.
