Severe Tricuspid Valve Endocarditis

Abstract: A 25-year-old woman with severe tricuspid valve endocarditis and septic pulmonary emboli required VA-ECMO for recurrent hypoxemia-induced cardiac arrest. We present the clinical challenges requiring ECMO circuit reconfiguration and a percutaneous approach for vegetation debulking. ( Level of Difficulty: Intermediate. )
