Abstract:BackgroundPeople living with HIV are disproportionately represented among people with severe mpox. Mild and self‐limiting conjunctival involvement has been well‐documented, and severe ocular complications, including keratitis, corneal scarring, and the associated loss of vision, are increasingly recognized.
