Abstract: Obscure gastrointestinal bleeding represents about 5% of all gastrointestinal haemorrhages which is characterized by continuous or recurrent bleeding from an undetermined source after an initial bidirectional endoscopy. Meckel’s diverticulum is a rare but recognized cause of obscure gastrointestinal bleeding.
