Abstract:Posttransplant treatment is performed to treat hematopoietic diseases but can lead to allogeneic-specific complications in addition to those seen in a non-transplant setting. Immunomodulatory drugs (IMiDs) activate cytotoxic T cells and suppress regulatory T cells.
