Abstract: Hemostatic system abnormalities have been previously associated with congestive heart failure (CHF). Here, we report a rare case of disseminated intravascular coagulopathy (DIC) in the setting of non-ischemic cardiomyopathy with right atrial and biventricular thrombus.
