Severe Coronary Artery Vasospasm after Mitral Valve Replacement in a Diabetic Patient with Previous Stent Implantation: A Case Report

Abstract: Postoperative coronary vasospasm is a well-known cause of angina that may lead to myocardial infarction if not treated promptly.
