Severe Axonal Peripheral Polyneuropathy Revealing a Systemic Lupus Erythematosus: About One Case

Abstract: Aim: We report a case of acute and severe sensorimotor peripheral polyneuropathy (with a severe motor damage) revealing a lupus. Case Presentation: A 48-year-old female patient was interned in rheumatology for a chronic polyarthritis. Four days after her hospitalisation, she was presenting a flask distal and proximal tetraparesia, with rapidly progressive installation.
