Abstract:Introduction. The occurrence of acute respiratory failure as a result of esophageal bezoars is a rare phenomenon. We present a patient who failed initial endoscopic intervention. Successful resolution was achieved through a novel approach involving a combination of Creon and Coca‐Cola.
