Severe acute pancreatitis complicated with intra-abdominal infection secondary to trauma: A case report

Abstract: BACKGROUND Pancreatic trauma (PT) is rare among traumatic injuries and has a low incidence, but it can still lead to severe infectious complications, resulting in a high mortality rate.
