Severe Acute Pancreatitis as an Index Clinical Manifestation of Parathyroid Adenoma

Abstract: Hypercalcemia due to primary or secondary hyperparathyroidism is a rare and obscure cause of acute pancreatitis. Although a rare occurrence to begin with, hyperparathyroidism commonly manifests with symptoms of hypercalcemia.
