Abstract: With current climate change trends, high elevation areas are being impacted by elevation dependent warming at increasing rates. Differential warming in mountain ecosystems has impacted biodiversity, animal behaviors and migrational patterns, fundamentally changing high elevation ecosystems and their ecosystem services.
