Session 12 Electron tubes — Fast wave devices

Abstract: Emerging requirements for extreme high power at high frequencies has generated further interest in fast wave interaction devices. These devices are characterized by circuit dimensions that are large compared to a wavelength which enhances both their high power and high frequency capabilities.This session deals with various types of fast wave devices.
