LGBTphobia in its entirety is linked to violence, discrimination, hate crimes aimed at LGBT+ people; while a social problem, it can start in the domestic and intra-family space and extends to other social contexts.The objective was to investigate the main contributors to the increase in domestic violence against LGBT+ people. For this, an integrative review was carried out in the following research platforms: Medline, Nursing Database (BDENF), PAHO-IRIS, Coleciona SUS, Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Science da Saúde (LILACS), INDEXPsi Periodicals and Electronic Periodicals in Psychology (PEPSIC) with the respective descriptors: “(Intimate Partner Violence) OR (Domestic Violence) OR (Family Violence) AND (Sexual and Gender Minorities) OR (People LGBT)”. Completely available articles were included that discussed topics related to domestic violence directed at LGBT+ people during the COVID-19 pandemic, which had been published in national journals related to the field of Psychology and Public Health. Therefore, theses, dissertations, books, reviews and event documents, articles that did not deal with the main theme, studies from international journals and studies not available for full reading were excluded. The applied search strategy resulted in 614 publications. After applying the eligibility criteria, four studies were considered to compose the final analysis. The results were reflected in three categories: vulnerability, violence and family relationships. There is a lack of studies focused on domestic violence against LGBT+ people, which reflects a heterocisnormative society that interferes with the development of scientific studies and data on intrafamily violence of LGBT+ people, with non-reporting or underreporting.

Understanding the perception of internalized and community homophobia reported by gay men living with HIV is especially important because it contributes to the production of knowledge that can support public health policies aimed at caring for this population doubly exposed to the burden of stigma. The objective of the study was to evaluate internalized homophobia and perceived social oppression by a sample of gay men living with HIV/AIDS and to verify associations between homophobia and sociodemographic variables of the participants. This is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. Participants were 138 gay men with HIV, mean age of 36 years. The survey was conducted online, in the second semester of 2022. The Internalized Homophobia Scale and a sociodemographic questionnaire were used. High scores were found both on the subscale of social oppression, which verifies the perceived stigma in the community, and on the internalized homophobia, which refers to the stigma of gay men in relation to homosexuality. More than 93% of the participants believe that society punishes homosexual people, 98.55% that discrimination against homosexual people is still common, 22% do not like to think about their own sexuality and 22% prefer to have anonymous sexual partnerships. A greater perception of homophobia was verified among retirees and unemployed. The alarming scores of internalized and perceived homophobia in the community point to the urgency of intersectoral actions in Brazil aimed at reducing stigma, especially among individuals belonging to key populations, such as those living with HIV.

A internet se tornou, nos últimos anos, cada vez mais presente na vida das pessoas e acarretou profundas mudanças sociais, especialmente no que se refere a formas de comunicação. As inovações tecnológicas trouxeram à vida redes de relacionamento mediadas pela tecnologia, fazendo surgir novos papéis no contexto das interações entre os indivíduos: os influenciadores digitais e os consumidores de seus conteúdos. O presente trabalho é motivado pelo objetivo de entender como os influenciadores digitais percebem o contato direto e constante com os seus seguidores, sendo assim, a pergunta problema deste estudo é a seguinte: Qual a percepção que influenciadores digitais do Instagram possuem sobre o contato constante com o seu público, através das redes sociais, em relação ao seu bem-estar e saúde da mente? Para trazer compreensão à temática abordada, foram utilizados estudos de pensadores, como: Manuel Castells, Pierre Lévy, Zygmunt Bauman, Edgar Morin e outros que contribuíram no entendimento sobre a comunicação na modernidade, as redes sociais e as celebridades da internet. A pesquisa é de natureza exploratória e para a sua realização foram utilizados dados qualitativos, dessa forma, foram feitas entrevistas em profundidade com cinco influenciadores digitais do Instagram que produzem conteúdo para o público feminino, além de levantamento bibliográfico para reforçar e estimular o entendimento. Os resultados dos estudos revelaram que embora os influenciadores entrevistados percebam os pontos positivos no que fazem, os desafios e a pressão de serem participantes ativos nas redes digitais de relacionamento também são reconhecidos e capazes de afetá-los mentalmente de forma negativa, ratificando a hipótese apresentada.
