“…Using a purposive sampling approach, resident users of green spaces in Cape Coast Metropolis who have lived in their neighbourhood since 1990 were identified and randomly selected for the study. The sample size (150) for this part of the study was calculated using the infinite sample size estimation formula (see Mensah et al, 2013; Olesia et al, 2015). For broader coverage, the metropolis was divided into three clusters (Figure 2), and a community from each cluster was randomly selected: Ola in Cluster A, Ankaful in Cluster B, and Efutu in Cluster C.
