Abstract:Contrast Induced Nephropathy (CIN) is a major complication of angiographic procedures. Primary percutaneous coronary intervention (pPCI) is the preferred treatment for ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) but is associated with a risk of CIN.
