Serum concentration of C-reactive protein is not a good marker of bronchial hyperresponsiveness

Abstract: Introduction: Asthmatic inflammation is responsible for vital features of the disease, including bronchial hyperresponsiveness (BHR). At present we do not have precise markers for monitoring asthmatic inflammation.
