Seroprevalence of rubella in infertile women and the need for preconceptional vaccination

Abstract: <p><strong>Background:</strong> When a pregnant woman gets rubella infection in early months of pregnancy, there is risk of severe and multiple fetal defects ( congenital rubella syndrome), abortion and stillbirth.
