Abstract:Ovarian epithelial tumours are common tumors of female genital tract and they account for vast majority of female ovarian neoplasms. ovarian seromucinous carcinomas (OSMC) are rare ovarian tumours containing serous and endocervical mucinous type cells. In 2020, World Health Organization Classification of Female Genital Tumors recategorized seromucinous ovarian carcinomas as ovarian endometrioid carcinoma with mucinous differentiation.
